Winona-Ryder
Winona Ryder is the professionally-known name of Winona Laura Hoowitz. She was birthed within Winona Minnesota. Her parents named her Winona in honor of her hometown. Her father Michel Horowitz, and mother Cynthia Palmer are authors and editors. Ryder's mother and father have both been Jewish. Ryder believes herself to be Jewish. She is the younger sister of Uria and half-siblings Jubal as well as Sunyata. Ryder's family moved from Mendocino County, California, when she was just seven years old. There was no electricity. Ryder read a lot because of the lack of television. Ryder was enrolled in acting classes at the age of Ryder was 12, at the American Conservatory Theatre.
